| How does autobidding work? |

Auto bidding is very awesome tool if you use it properly as it can be very handy if you don't want to loose auction and also if you are not available to bid at your favorite auction so autobidding can bid on your behalf, Below its shown how to use it.
Min Bid: Here you can add how much minimum amount you are willing to start your bidding so auto bidding can start bidding from that amount.
Max Bid: Here you can add maximum amount you are will to pay for that auction so until auction reaches that amount auto bidding can keep on bidding for you and make sure you are highest bidder.
Bid no: Here you can add how many bids you are willing to make so auto bidding can only make that number of bids.
This tool is really very helpful but use it with care and only put amount which you are willling to pay if you win an auction.

| Registration |
You only have to register once. Just follow these three steps:
- When you register at Seatauction.co.uk, you will be asked to provide your basic contact information. Your information will be kept private on our secure servers.
- Check your email Seatauction.co.uk will send you a message with a link and instructions for confirming your registration.
- For security purposes, you will choose your own User ID and password for signing in to our auction site.

| How to buy a seat |
Buying a Seat on Seatauction.co.uk is easy - and fun!
Here are a few basic steps to get you started:
- Find an item.
Search by typing in a keyword for an item your interested in, or browse through our categories.
- Learn about the item you found.
Read the item description of the Auction fully and look at the pictures included.
- Buy your Seat.
Once you have found the item you want, you can buy a seat for that auction by clicking on "buy a seat" button, you will then be charged from available credits in your account for that amount of seat price mentioned on auction. Once payment is successful you can start bidding on that auction once its started. Bidding is Free!
- Pay for the item.
After you win the item, send your payment for bidding amount (usually it's quite less as bids increament is only 0.05cents). Clicking on the Pay Now button will allow you to pay quickly and easily with PayPal, Seat Auctions preferred way to pay. Once payment is done we will ship your winning item on the address on your account.

| How can i bid on auction? |
| You can only bid on the auction for which you have bought a seat, once auction will start you can find auction in live auctions and once you place your first bid then you can find auction in your dashboard as well and you can even add it in your watchlist. Bidding on the auction is FREE! |

| How long auction will run? |
| Auctions will run for 24 hours from starting time, you will also see timer so you can know how much time is left for the auction to close. |

| How many types of auctions do you have? |
| We have only one type of auction "Seat Auction" where users can buy a seat for their favorite auction. Once all seats are full auction starts and it will run for 24 hours. Bidding is free on auction but the price increases 0.01 cent with every bid and last bidder to bid on that auction until timer hits 0 wins that auction with 90% to 95% OFF! |

| How will i know i won an auction? |
| You will know if you have won an auction once the timer hits 0 and auction is closed and you are the last bidder, that auction will be available in your dashboard under won tab. You can simply click on Pay button and pay that small auction price. After payment is made our team will ship your winning product. |

| How to buy credits? |
| You can buy credits from your dashboard or if you are already logged in your account you can click here, you will see the price per credit and also how many credits you will get along with price. Simply select the package and proceed with preferred payment method, once payment is successful credits will be added automatically to your account so you can purchase seats for your favorite auctions and win some cool prizes at 90% OFF!! |

Bidding: In this tab you will see the live auctions on which you are bidding.
Won: In this tab you will find all auctions which you have won and you can pay and get your winning item shipped.
ACCOUNT.
Buy Bids: In this tab you can buy bids to buy a seat on your favorite available auction.
Vouchers: In this tab if you have any voucher you can apply here to receive free bids.
Tell a friend: In this tab you can invite your friends to pariticpate in auctions and you can get free refereal bids.
DETAILS.
My Details: In this tab you can find all your details, you can also edit or add your details here.
My Addresses: In this tab you can add address or change address to receive your winning product. Kindly note that you wil have to always keep updated address in order to receive your winning item.
My Referrals: In this tab you will find all referrals which you have invited and they have successfully registered on seatauction.co.uk
Change password: In this tab you can change your password by adding your old password and setting new password.
Close account: In this tab you can close your account incase you no longer want to be with us, please keep in mind account once closed cannot be reopened and all your bids will be void.

How it Works?
Register:
To participate in auctions you will have to register as only registered users can participate in auctions. To register click here Registration is free and takes only 5 minutes. You will also get free £5 worth credits instantly in your account.
Buy Credits:
After registration is complete and once you are logged in your account, you will have to purchase credits in order to participate in auctions which you can purchase here .You will have to select your package and proceed with the payment through paypal, Kindly DONOT close the payment page until process is complete and you are redirected back from paypal to our website as intefering in process might not work properly. Once your payment is successfull, paypal will redirect you back to our website and your account will be credited with relevant credits instantly.
Participating in Auction:
You can find all available auctions on homepage, select your favorite auction and buy a seat to participate in that auction. All auctions have details such as how many credits required to buy a seat, seats available and seats sold, once you have bought a seat the credits required will be deducted from your account. Auction will start for bidding once all seats are full and if seats are not full in 7 days the auction will close and credits used to buy seat will be refunded back to your account instantly.
Bidding and Winning Auction:
Once auction is started you can start bidding on that auction, auction will run for 24 hours from the time it started and you can bid as many times as you wish to as bidding is free. Each bid will increase price with £0.02 cents and it will also increase 15 seconds on timer. All participants can bid for free until timer hits zero and last bidder until auction is closed will win the item.
Paying for Auction:
If you win that auction you will find that winning auction under won tab in user menu, you will have to pay a small fee which accumulated during bidding. Once you have paid that fees our team will be notified and they will ship your item within 3 days after you have paid the fees. You will also receive tracking number to track your winning item. |
